Suppressing dissent
People talk about freedom of speech online. But often when you search for reviews of a company online, you will only find positive articles and nothing negative. This is not because the company is perfect, it is because they use money power to suppress any dissent. If you write any faintly negative or uncomplimentary about the company, even if it is true and backed by facts, you will receive a cease and desist notice for the same.
Even if you ignore the cease and desist notice, the same will be forwarded to your hosting company who will usually remove the offensive content.
So basically so called democracies are the worst in suppressing free speech.
